- two teaspoons cornflour
- i cup Thai basil, fresh, torn
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ane teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- ½ cup cashews
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ red capsicum, sliced thinly
- 1 red chilli/due south, sliced thinly
- 1 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups basmati Rice
Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Chinese Cooking wine, optional
- ½ teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Prep & Assemble ingredients
